1. Exchange conditions
Quality problems: The product received by the user has quality problems.
Description Discrepancy: The product received by the user does not match the actual product description.
Size/Color discrepancy: The size or color of the product received by the user does not match the order (subject to the specific product exchange policy).
2. Replacement process
Submit an application: Users need to contact the mall customer service, explain the reason for the exchange and provide the order number, product photos and other relevant information.
Review and confirmation: The customer service will review the application after receiving it, and confirm the exchange with the user.
Send back goods: The user needs to send the goods to the specified address as required by the mall.
New shipment: The store will send a new shipment as soon as possible after receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct.
3. Precautions
Product protection: After receiving the product, the user should properly protect the product to avoid damage or traces of use affecting the exchange.
Time limit: The user needs to submit the replacement application within the specified time limit, replacement applications may be subjected to rejection if not submitted during the stated time period.
